Return policy

Stock Service:
You have the right to cancel or return stock service products within 14 days. All our products are marked eigther stock service or made to order in the product information. To make sure you get full refund of stock service products please send back the items in the same condition as received. The items must be returned with original package in unworn and clean condition with tags remaining on. Damaged or used clothes will not be refunded.

Should there be any insufficiencies concerning your received package please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will help you out. Each garment is made with care and handled to last. If any manufacturing defects should occur we will send you a new item or offer you another suitable replacement. Please contact us before you ship any items in return. Please also note that shipment costs for returns and taxes are covered by the costumer. 

Made to Order: 
Most of the outerwear is made by order to reduce waste in production. This means that the products labeled "made by order" are actually made especially for you after your purchase. This garment is made in our factory in Oslo. Because of the detailed work, the lead time is 1-3 weeks from order has been to delivery. We make many of the garments by order, to save overproduction and to be able to offer a variety of colors and custom options.

Be aware that products made by order are not returnable and refundable like the stock products so please make sure to order correct size, colors or fit. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us here.
