In 2015, designer and entrepreneur Elisabeth Stray Pedersen took over a 70-year-old outerwear factory in Oslo — and the ESP brand was born. Since then, the brand has continued to evolve the factory’s signature aesthetic: iconic blanket coats in pure lambswool.

Renowned for its expertise in wool, ESP approaches material selection with a thoughtful, circular strategy, valuing the purity and natural qualities of each material. Every choice is guided by a commitment to craftsmanship, longevity, and relevant quality and sustainability standards, ensuring each piece reflects both heritage and contemporary responsibility.

Collections and made-to-order pieces are developed in ESP’s in-house studio and atelier, where design, craftsmanship, and material are explored with care and precision. ESP collaborates with select Norwegian craft guilds, ensuring each detail is rooted in local tradition and artisanal expertise.

ESP is presented in Norway and Japan, reflecting the brand’s dedication to intimate, carefully curated experiences with its customers.
